Our services conform to a Fair Usage policy, per which the notes taken by our experts are for research and study purposes only and are NOT to be shared as final products. We do not condone or tolerate any plagiarism or dishonesty. We provide test-taking assistance in the form of sample questions and lecture notes. During the exam, we are unable to offer immediate support or assistance.
Terms & Conditions
- It is our goal to provide students with the assistance that is of the highest possible quality for their academic endeavors. We hold our customers' support for our company in the highest regard. To provide the absolute best level of service to every one of our clients, we have devised a set of guidelines for proper behavior. The following is a list of the terms and conditions officially associated with using our service.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with access to receive the login code (if necessary), which may be sent through an email forwarder, a text message, or the app itself. If this cannot be done, we will not be responsible for any errors that may have been brought about due to utilizing a login code to gain access to the book.
- Let's say that the customer does not provide the required information to the institute. Such as their login credentials, materials for the course, and so on, or that they do not submit any work or documents to the institute. In this scenario, the institute will not be able to process any of the customer's requests. If that is the case, the company won't be held responsible for anything. It includes circumstances in which the customer does not use the appropriate equipment, does not have adequate internet speed (at least 50 Mbps), does not use our learning notes, and then fails an exam despite having used them.
- Even if the customer is not home, they are expected to maintain contact with the customer care team so they may receive updates and keep tabs on the situation's development.
- The company is not responsible for any technical problems, whether phone-related, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, email, or computer related, that may have occurred before or during the exam; our sole responsibility is the preparation for the exam.
- We will not begin processing orders placed on Friday or over the weekend until Monday. The reason is that the consultant needs to ensure that there won't be any missed crucial deadlines.
- Let's say that for the student to succeed in the class, they must purchase a textbook. If this is the case, it is the customer's responsibility to acquire a softcopy or electronic copy of the textbook and send it to us. In addition, if the customer wants us to buy the book for them and it is only available online, we are more than happy to do so. A financial burden will be placed on you due to this. In addition, if the book is only available in hardcover format, the consultant may ask the buyer to provide evidence in the form of photographs of the relevant pages in the book. The buyer will be responsible for providing these images in response to the consultant's request. If the proper textbook cannot be acquired, the company will not be held liable if the notes provided for an assignment do not live up to the instructor's expectations.
